The Rs 20,000 crore FPO of Adani Enterprises will be open for subscription till January 31. The price band for this IPO is Rs 3112-3276. However, retail investors will get a discount of Rs 64. However, the stock of Adani Enterprises closed at Rs 2892 on Monday with a gain of 4.76 per cent.

As the Hindenburg-Adani saga heats up, both the parties have resorted to allegations and counter-allegations. After Adani Group published a 413-page response to Hindenburg’s allegations on Sunday, the US-based short-seller was quick to retort on Monday, pointing out apparent gaps in Adani’s response, even before the markets opened for trading for the day.
In response to a question from Hindenburg, seeking transparency on the relation between Adani Group and a Chinese national named Chang Chung-Ling, the conglomerate did not shed much light. In fact, Chung-Ling's name is mentioned four times in the Hindenburg allegations whereas it does not find any mention in Adani’s long response.
Hindenburg has flagged this omission as an important matter that concerns Adani group’s shareholders as well as India’s national interests. At this juncture, a closer look at Hindenburg’s allegations around Chung-Ling's association with Adani Group is well-warranted.

मुंबई : शेयरों की भारी बिकवाली और मार्केट कैप में गिरावट के बीच अडानी समूह के लिए राहत की खबर आई है। यूएई की लिस्टेड कंपनी इंटरनेशनल होल्डिंग कंपनी (IHC), अडानी इंटरप्राइजेज के फॉलोऑन ऑफर (FPO) में 400 मिलियन डॉलर का निवेश करने जा रही है। आईएचसी ने ऐलान किया है कि उसने अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज के एफपीओ में अपनी सब्सिडियरी के जरिए 40 करोड़ डॉलर (3261.29 करोड़ रुपये) का निवेश किया है। यानी अडानी इंटरप्राइजेज के एफपीओ के कुल साइज में 16 फीसदी अबु धाबी इंटरनेशनल होल्डिंग ने ही सब्सक्राइब किया है। 2023 में किसी भी कंपनी में उसका सबसे बड़ा निवेश है। हालांकि इस सौदे को अभी नियामकीय मंजूरी लेनी बाकी है।
पहले भी किया था निवेश
यूएई की राजधानी अबूधाबी में स्थित IHC वहां की सबसे अधिक मार्केट कैप वाली कंपनियों में एक है। IHC ने इस एफपीओ के एंकर बुक में भी पैसे लगाए थे। वैसे, अडानी ग्रुप की कंपनियों में आईएचसी का ये पहला निवेश नहीं है। पिछले साल आईएचसी ने अडानी ग्रीन की तीन कंपनियों अडानी ग्रीन एनर्जी अडानी ट्रांसमिशन और अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज में पिछले साल 200 करोड़ डॉलर (16300 करोड़ रुपये) का निवेश किया था।
कंपनी पर जताया भरोसा
आईएचसी के सीईओ सैय्यद बसर शुएब ने कहा कि अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज के फंडामेंटल्स में उन्हें भरोसा है अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज में लॉन्ग टर्म में ग्रोथ की मजबूत संभावनाएं दिख रही हैं जिसके चलते इसमें निवेश का फैसला किया गया, ताकि शेयरहोल्डर्स की वैल्यू बढ़ाई जा सके।
31 जनवरी तक खुला ऑफर
अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज का 20 हजार करोड़ रुपये का एफपीओ 31 जनवरी तक सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए खुला रहेगा। इस आईपीओ के लिए प्राइस बैंड 3112-3276 रुपये है। हालांकि खुदरा निवेशकों को 64 रुपये का डिस्काउंट मिलेगा। बहरहाल अडानी इंटरप्राइजेज का शेयर 4.76 फीसदी की तेजी के साथ 2892 रुपये पर सोमवार को बंद हुआ है
