किसी भी चीज की लत लगने का मुख्य कारण ब्रेन होता है। इसलिए आपको समय-समय पर खुद को मोटिवेट करके उन चीजों को खाने से बचना होगा, जिसकी आपको लत लगी है।

उन फूड प्रोडक्ट्स की एक लिस्ट तैयार करें, जिसे खाने की आपको लत है। उसकी जगह खाने के दूसरे ऑप्शन ढूंढें। मान लीजिए आपको चीज और आलू वाली सैंडविच की लत है, तो इसकी जगह आप ब्राउन ब्रेड में पीनट बटर और ग्रीन सलाद के साथ हेल्दी सैंडविच तैयार करके खा सकते हैं।

चाहें तो किसी न्यूट्रिशन एक्सपर्ट या डॉक्टर की सलाह लेकर अपनी डाइट को कंट्रोल कर सकते हैं।

इन सबके बावजूद अगर खाने की लत न छूटे तो किसी मनोचिकित्सक या काउंसलर की सलाह भी ले सकते हैं।

लंबी उम्र पर साइंस क्या कहती है

साइंस की मानें तो किसी भी इंसान की लंबी उम्र उसकी लाइफस्टाइल पर निर्भर होती है। अगर किसी की लाइफस्टाइल अच्छी है, तो उसकी उम्र ज्यादा होगी और अगर अच्छी नहीं है, तो उसकी उम्र कम हो सकती है। इसलिए हमें खान-पान से लेकर सोने और जागने का भी पूरा ख्याल रखना चाहिए।

अनहेल्दी फैट्स में ट्रांस और सैचुरेटेड फेट्स दोनों होते हैं। इनसे आपका LDL कोलेस्ट्रॉल बढ़ जाता है। जिससे हार्ट डिजीज की आशंका बढ़ जाती है।

हेल्दी फैट्स का भी हिसाब रखें, यानी खाना बनाने के लिए ओलिव, केनोला, सोया ऑयल यूज करें।

ऐसे फूड्स चुनें जिनमें शुगर और हाइली रिफाइंड कार्बोहाइड्रेट्स कम हों। मिठाई, सॉफ्ट ड्रिंक, ज्यादा मीठे फ्रूट जूस कम पिएं।

प्रोसेस्ड फूड की जगह होल फूड यानी साबुत अनाज, फल और सब्जी को खाने में शामिल करें।

एक्सरसाइज या योग की आदत डेवलप करें।

डाइटिंग के चक्कर में न पड़ें।

सबसे जरूरी, खूब सारा पानी पिएं।
