हरियाणा BJP विधायक रामपाल जी ने आज भाजपा से इस्तीफा दिया है। उनका यह इस्तीफा पढा जाना चाहिए और निर्लज्जों को शर्म भी आनी चाहिए:-

Sir,
Today, it has been more than a year to hold power again. Due to the clear promises and manifestos of your party to improve the agricultural system and improve the economic condition of the farmer during the elections, farmers, laborers and small traders had given full support in the assembly elections. He hoped that his struggle to implement the recommendations of the Swaminathan Commission for the last more than a decade would eventually come to an end.
And now you have agreed to close the eyes on the new agricultural laws imposed by the Central Government. Sir, as a Chief Minister, your job is not to become a clerk of the central leadership, but to be sensitive and show leniency towards the people of the state. Today, farmers across the state are looking at you with hopeful eyes. But by not doing justice to their expectations, you have implemented these laws and put a hand on the destiny of the farmer. The farmer who earlier used to fight to raise the minimum support price is now fighting to save the minimum support price system.
Let me remind you that Jannayak Chaudhary Devi Lal, who has been established as the biggest farmer leader of Haryana after Deenbandhu Chaudhary Chhotu Ram, kicked off various parties 16 times in his 70 years of political life but never gave up farmer interest .
Due to all these reasons, I now find myself unable to stand with the stubborn anti-farmer attitude of the Bharatiya Janata Party and resign as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. I pledge to root out this government running on the concerns of the farmers and the future ruin. "

"मुख्यमंत्री, हरियाणा प्रदेश को खुला त्यागपत्र:
महोदय,
आज आपको पुनः सत्ता सम्भाले एक वर्ष से ज़्यादा हो चला है। चुनावों के दौरान कृषि व्यवस्था सुधारीकरण व किसान की आर्थिक दशा सुधारे जाने के आपकी पार्टी के स्पष्ट वायदों व घोषणापत्रों के चलते किसानों, मज़दूरों व छोटे व्यापारियों ने विधानसभा चुनावों में भरपूर समर्थन दिया था। उन्हें उम्मीद थी कि गत एक दशक से भी लम्बे समय से स्वामीनाथन आयोग की सिफारिशों को लागू करवाने का उनका संघर्ष आखिरकार सिरे चढ़ेगा।
और अब आपने केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा थोपे गए नए कृषि क़ानूनों पर आंख बन्द करते हुए हामी भर ली है। महोदय, एक मुख्यमंत्री होते हुए आपका काम केंद्रीय नेतृत्व का क्लर्क बनना नहीं अपितु प्रदेश की जनता के हितों के प्रति समर्पित रहते हुए संवेदनशील बनना व उनके प्रति उदारता दिखाना होता है। आज प्रदेशभर के किसान आपकी तरफ उम्मीद भरी निगाहों से टकटकी लगाए देख रहे हैं। मगर आपने उनकी उम्मीदों के साथ न्याय न करते हुए इन कानूनों को लागू कर किसानी की अस्मत पर हाथ डाला है। जो किसान अब से पहले न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य बढ़ाने के लिए लड़ता था वह अब न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य व्यवस्था को बचाने के लिए लड़ रहा है।
मैं आपको याद दिला दूँ कि दीनबंधु चौधरी छोटू राम के बाद हरियाणा के सबसे बड़े किसान नेता के रूप में स्थापित हो चुके जननायक चौधरी देवी लाल ने अपने 70 साल के राजनैतिक जीवन में 16 बार विभिन्न पार्टियों को लात मारी थी लेकिन किसान हित कभी नहीं छोड़ा।
इन सब कारणों के कारण अब मैं अपने आप को भारतीय जनता पार्टी के अड़ियल किसान विरोधी रवैए के साथ खड़ा होने में असमर्थ पाता हूँ एवं भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सदस्य के रूप में इस्तीफ़ा देता हूँ। मैं किसानों की चिताओं और भविष्य की बर्बादी पर चल रही इस सरकार को जड़ से उखाड़ने का संकल्प लेता हूँ।"
